Shipping Terms for UK Customers
We will be shipping all orders to the UK under Incoterm 10 (DDP): Freight costs, customs clearance costs, customs duties and taxes paid – the sender pays all costs incurred, the importer bears no costs.
VAT
UK Customers - It is business as usual for our UK Customers - All orders are shipped with UK VAT - Your order confirmation price will be the final delivered price
Northern Ireland - Northern Ireland enjoys special status of being with the EU and the UK at the same time - All orders will be shipped including UK VAT and there will no be a need for customs clearance
Warranty
Warranties for UK will be covered as per the manufacturers standard warranty and will not affect your statutory rights as per UK law.
Returns
Returns from the UK have been simplified and should be sent prepaid to our Northern Ireland warehouse. This removes the need for customs clearance or any extra charges
